Sonic Art Workshop (K-6)
Speed into a world of imagination where young artists learn, create, and have fun
In this 2-hour art workshop, students will learn how to draw Sonic step-by-step. They will learn how to blend colors and create highlights to bring their drawings to life and build confidence in their skills. We’ll also create our own golden power rings to take home for teleportation play! This workshop is perfect for fans of Sonic and kids who love art. All materials are provided—just bring your imagination!

Meet the Teacher
Hi! My name is Beth. I work as a professional artist and I've been teaching art for over 15 years. Throughout my career, I've seen the transformative effect art can have on children. It's the one place they can make a mess, make mistakes, and create something great in the process. I see the pride and confidence it builds, the ideas it inspires, and the skills it develops. I’ve created fun play-based art classes to introduce foundational learning and artistic skills such as creative problem solving, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence to foster a love of learning and set students up for academic and personal success.
